Overview

Choreeo is built for parents. The product helps a family keep a printed chore chart current without turning the chart into another screen for kids. We try to collect the minimum information needed to run that service.

What we collect

• Contact details you provide, such as your email address when you join a beta, request support, or contact us.
• Family setup information you choose to enter, such as parent-facing family names, child first names, ages, chores, star values, and chart preferences.
• Content you send to the service, including support emails, beta feedback, chart updates, and photos or attachments you choose to share for chore-chart processing.
• Basic technical and usage information, such as device or browser context, referral data, and interaction events needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.
• Subscription and transaction records handled through platform providers such as Apple for in-app purchases and, where used, other payment or waitlist vendors.

How we use information

• To create and maintain family charts, printable outputs, and related product features.
• To process natural-language chore updates and return structured results inside the app or related service flows.
• To send operational messages such as beta access, support replies, product updates you requested, and service notices.
• To monitor reliability, prevent abuse, debug issues, and understand which parts of the product are being used.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms and policies.

How information is shared

We do not sell personal information. We share information only when needed to run the service, including with infrastructure and service providers that host the app and website, process subscriptions or payments, deliver email, store family state, or help interpret parent requests.

Examples may include Apple services such as iCloud or StoreKit, Cloudflare hosting and email infrastructure, and AI or operational vendors used to power parent-request processing and support. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Choreeo, our users, or others.

Children's information

Choreeo is intended for parents and guardians, not for children to use independently. Parents may provide child-related chore data so the service can generate and maintain a family chart. We ask that adults only submit information that is reasonably necessary for that purpose.

Retention and security

We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the product, maintain records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Retention can vary by data type and by whether you are using a beta, support, website, or app flow.

No internet service is perfectly secure, but we use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information appropriate to the nature of the service.

Your choices

You can contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or other privacy help, subject to applicable law and our need to verify the request. You can also stop promotional emails through the unsubscribe path in those messages, where available.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy as the product evolves. If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and may provide additional notice where appropriate.
